Youtube + CPA or Other

So Since the new YouTube rule of 10k Views after Monetization i cant seem to find a way to make money on YouTube.
So , I don't know anything about CPA offers and i would like to know how to use CPA offers like posting you CPA link .
How to get a CPA offer ? Sorry for noob question
I can make viral videos with copyright content and i seriously need help with this.

Use the search function of this forum and you will find plenty of good stuff about CPA, and even youtube + CPA in particular,
you might check out @ZlatanTheGod's newest guide.

Try to get in touch with other YouTube creators and see if you can get some collaborations going. Also there are people that have no idea what they're doing wanted comes to making money on YouTube, they just love making videos, so you can show them what to do for a small percentage of the sales.
