I'm looking for a network CMS
I can work with and earn good views and profits.
The content must be original content and not infringing on any policies.

I dont think it is the right section for that. Plus, CMS are very rare to find nowadays.
 
I do not recommend or participate in CMS networks that solicit content creators with promises of views and profits, as they often operate in a grey area of YouTube's policies and take a significant revenue cut. The only secure path is to build your own channel; you retain full control, keep all revenue, and avoid potential policy violations from network practices.

You can try Ezoic or Mediavine both support original content, follow policies, and help maximize views and ad revenue.

CMS is not for the common channels/people. You need to exceed 100k views in order to use it. So build towrads that goal, and then ask a CMS company to use their own.
