Its not hard to find one, but it is hard however to find a good one. Couple hundred views a day isn''t worth me leaving those apps on my computer all day long.

Any crackeed version i've tried doesnt work.

YouTube views trick is not related to proxies (in my opinion).
People like izSpk who provides thousands of views don't uses proxies (it's too much work to get 100.000 working proxies).

I'm not a YouTube expert but I would look around a trick with the HTML5 YouTube player...
And maybe with mixed user-agents, fake cookies, ...

Try using Vagex, i tried it got some 300-400/day...but little slow now a dayss

one more vote for vagex it is slow but you will get real views..
