Personally I think YT algos have improved. It can detect if you are running simple slideshows with zero commentary and will devalue them.

I made good traffic and money from this like two years ago but since one year ago my new videos get hardly anything.

I also think that just blasting views does not help much anymore.


This is too bad, because YouTube was one of my only remaining money making methods that actually worked.

What if you put up animoto slideshows with music? Can they get banned. I am doing these for local offline clients and they rank high with no views if you do a good description. Thx doug

You guys should understand once and for all that YouTube (Google) and other big businesses will never ban users/videos for external factors like views, likes, comments they can and they will on the other hand ban users/videos for internal factors like descriptions,tags,titles and so on

I have given views to many videos recently but none of them got banned.
only videos in jan had some problem.
everything else is just fine now

i made alot of views with the_know bot for mobile views and not a problem the videos are still alive and getting real views

Maybe because your videos are garbage like what other said. I always use mobile views and I have a lot of success from it.

I think boosting a video with 20K views at once is greedy and could easily be seen. I try to drip my views over a period of a few days/weeks. This does not spike the views up too high and I have never had a boosted video removed. Slow down your pace and you will have a better chance.

I haven't experienced banning but it does seem that high retention views have less value now again..

They are actually helping a lot of clients go into Most Popular videos no less value experienced here.
