on Video Discovery ads you pay for every Click. If thats what you mean by suggested videos.
for in-stream skippable ads you pay for every view beyond 5secs.
For in-stream non-skippable ads that are usually much Shorter - I think max is 15secs - I dont remember, will have to check in our ads accounts.
