"You are so underrated" YouTube Advice

Make thumbnails more clickable. And don't stop until you get to 100 videos. Then, if it's not working, you should re-evaluate the situation.
I'm doing that with 50, putting out 3 videos a day from 6am, 12am, 6pm each day, as well as tiktoks at the same time and yotube shorts..can just clip them from the oriiginals..
and i don't reach 10k subs by the end of the month i'll re-evalute..revalueate..you know what i want to say..

I heard a rule called 33 videos but never about 100
There is no such thing. The 33 rule is a random number invented by that kiddo that sells his youtube course. But if you do 100 quality videos assuming you post 1 video each couple of days and you're not working, youtube is not for you.

Yep, i totally agree. You should at least be able to make a video everyday or every two day if it's of really good quality. Because if you can work 24/7 on youtube..you should work on youtube 24/7 otherwise a video once a week is more of a hobby.

Agreed

It is a 3 weeks channel with 3 videos, what do you expect 1 milion subs?
I think it's doing good, just keep posting videos, and share them on social medias a lot.
Depending on your budget, get some Ads campaign and see how retention goes

I’m not a youtube expery but i think it’s obvious why you are not receiving more subscribers is you have started the page as Vlogs

you have to make some content you can easily promote, you cant promote that on instagram, meme pages, you cant grow through putting money on youtube since they wont watch any big vids like that

you have to make some small good content.

also you have to work on those thumbnails, they are pretty boring, feels like a new youtuber is just gonna Blabber shit
, and cut the video length short.

If you like what i said, hit me up and i can try to help you.

Hey man!! Looks like you have a shit ton more subs why did you stop uploading?

Hello guys and hope you doing well :) I have started a new, whitehat YouTube channel with a primary focus on improving content. Every single video that I post, I look into the possible ways to improve video production and editing. I post my content on TikTok and Instagram. I have received comments like "You are so underrated", "Save this comment before 1,000,000 followers", "You are actually putting effort in", but I only have 31 subs on YouTube. This is a little demotivating as I spend a lot of money for video production and time for editing. YouTube seems to not promote any of my content while having good CTR and watchtime

I was hoping you guys can review my channel and give me any tips for either improving it further or from SEO standpoint. I hope that this thread will also help other creators who are focusing on always improving production quality but seeing not a lot of results.

youtube not promoting you?
bro im gonna smack you in the head, so you get some sense.
you have so less videos, yet high views on each.

thats clearly youtube promoting you.
you already have 1.3M views from so less videos.
your channel now has algorithm authority.
keep posting more videos.

dont expect to get the highest views on everything just yet.
there are lot of people who grind for months but dont even pull off these stats, like barely getting even one video viral.

if you need to succeed, there is no overnight success.
you need to keep trying for the rest of your life , even if you fail 100s of times.
if not you can surely give up and go the loser route.

there are people who try stuff and give up in a few months.
that never works.
people who have really succeeded, have really tried for years.

for your type of channel do some vlogging or something interesting like this guy.

also @bodyanyash i get these comments daily. it is usually small accounts trying to get subs. thats it. some are legit but some are not. and it nothing but normal commenting. sorry to tell you but its true.
I would agree with all you said it's really common even on my low end sub channels I get these comments every so often

Well you are upto 500 subscribers now, so what you gonna do next? Seems short of your goal, but still tons more than when you first started. Your videos are great btw. I found for my channel, it took a few years to get over 1k subscribers, but you seem to be beating my ass, especially in terms of originality. I say stick at it though, once you go viral with one of those, the rest will surely follow.

He has 16,500 subs!!! Pretty damn good for just a few videos. Don’t know why he stopped uploading.

I don't think you can improve at this point. Just try more self promotion if you really need more non-organic views.

You have 503 subscribers as of this moment right now. You are also getting a few thousand visitors per video so you are clearly in the YouTube algorithm. You should be grateful for this as many spend lots of money and hours making videos and get not even 10 views per video (I have experienced myself) - so be grateful.

I've seen many people post on subreddits with millions of followers having their post blow up, if you made a specific video related to "r/oddlysatisfying", since your channel fits the theme already and credited yourself in the title, your posts eventually should land the front page

Channel

Cool videos I subscribed the difference is night and day with those cars, they look awesome

A few suggestions I can add, just in case.

1. work on branding, I think your video cover can still be better
2. utilize YouTube shorts
3. utilize YouTube community posts

and keep what you’re doing, you’re gonna see good results along the way

No it's 500 look closely
