And now my account is frozen... what can I do? I was expecting something like this...I really thought I was lucky and always deal with precautions...Always shipped to the same billing address...verifying the name and always called the buyers if there were anything wrong.

And now I am -1k on my paypal account...I read a lot of threads about people getting screwed by Paypal. Looks like the sellers dont stand a chance here...

But I got proof, receipt, even tracking number that shows the items getting received at his address...

So what are my chances of winning this? Is there a possibilities for Paypal to go get the funds from my bank?

What do you guys propose?

No the buyer said he never received his items...I sent it on the 14th of September... it shows on the tracking number that the item was received on the 17th or 18th...

and the fcker make a chargeback on the 21st of October saying he didnt receive shit...

This doesnt make sense....If Paypal believe him.... they are the real rippers!!

here's the thing. What country does your customer have? if its in some part of 3rd world countries on ASIA you have a big problem on their customs

I am from Asia, what kind of big problems you mentioned?
Back to op, the best way is to contact the buyer and check with your shipping company about the tracking. If you have -1k I am sure it an expensive item and it seems you know what you are doing so just double check with the tracking number.

Sometimes shit happens like the buyer is not in and someone else in the house signed for the item and 'forgot' to inform the buyer...lots of variables here, but go along with paypal and offer the proof

paypal automatically freeze anyone's account and they will do their investigation when someone claim a chargeback no matter how big the amount.

Well if he/she had tracking and it shows it was delivered at his address, this was most likely a same country shipment.

If you have your receipt, the customs receipt(if international), and whatever else paperwork that shows you did in fact SHIP it out, paypal will cover you. I have dealt with probably 50 of these, by people trying to work the system. Thankfully PP always covered me as long as I uploaded a picture of the receipt/customs number/tracking/etc.

If you have recorded proof of delivery and you sent the item to a paypal confirmed adress then you are fine, they will refund the money once you provide proof of shipping and tracking

The item was sent to Germany and yes I still have the shipping receipt, tracking number, bills etc....And it clearly shows on the shipping company website (postcanada) that the item was received...

yeh but was it sent to a paypal confirmed adress? This is very important

sorry to hear that,

PayPal sucks, I had lot of trouble with it, money frozen for over 180 days (almost 9K), sent all proof to them, faxed utility bills, inventory list, wholesale supplier, driver license, bank statements on numerous occasions, three times they said they never received my proof. I finally I sent with confirmation return but still account was limited. even contacted few attorneys who filed law suits against paypal back few years ago. response I got from attorneys was basically, " you are screwed they can do what ever the fuckthey want as long you clicked that agree to tos when signed up.

My advise to everyone is be carefull, don't use PP for big transactins and do not work with third world countries. But most importantly Do not keep your money in PP.

in your case though you should be fine, as buyer is in Germany and you have proof of delivery. you need to make sure you are eligable for seller protection and shipping address is confirmed address.
It takes time to resolve chargebacks as buyers issuing banks are involved and have the final say, rather than PayPal. Just keep buging PayPal for updates and offer explainations.
good luck

No unfortunately it is unconfirmed...ah man...this is ridiculous..
I just called Paypal.. they said as long as I have the tracking number and that it shows it got deliverd I am safe...yeah right... they said the case is still pending upon further verifications...

I really have a bad feeling about this ...and all the threads where people said they lost the fight against scammers dont give hope neither...

Paypal supposedly fights for your money, against the card companies. If you win? You get the funds back.

Bullshit!

I was charged back a few hundreds. I waited about a month. And as expected they ruled in favor of the card company. They even had the balls to charge me 10% of the funds, for sitting on their asses, pretending to fight for me!

Im actually hoping a kind hearted terrorist, would hit paypal next.

I suggest you close your bank account and credit card associated with paypal because they will come after your money and go into your accounts. It happened to me. I stilll got the upper hand on them though. Went through my bank to get the money they took from me and then filed a chargeback on my CC when they tried to get the money there. Closed both accounts and they could'nt do anything else

I have to shut my bank account and cc account? Can i just remove them from the paypal association via paypal? Or you you really mean it when you said close the accounts...

how long does it take for them to go get money from my bank account?

you really have to go to the bank and call your CC and tell them to close them. Call the bank and say something like I need to close my account because of paypal (tell them about some scam or soemthign) and I would like to open a new one. Call the CC and tell them you lost your wallet so they could give you a new CC with a new number. If you don't Paypal will still have your info even if you remove them. At this time I don't think you could because your accoutn is frozen

OMG!!!!! this is really ridiculous!!!!!

I called the bank to close my account, close my cc...and just now I got a message from Paypal saying:

************ has closed this dispute.Thank you for working with your buyer to resolve their concern. We hope
you found the PayPal dispute resolution process to be helpful as you worked
toward an agreement.

No seriously...this person is a total douche

same thing happened to me but as the buyer, if you call them they give you some run around bs, your basically screwed.

as long as you record convo's and tracking number you wont have a problem.

And to all the buyers that have tryed to buy something off paypal and somehowdidnt receive the package in the mail and it was sent back to the seller and they try to charge you a restocking fee and shit. FIGHT IT. they cant charge you shit if the tracking number shows you didnt receive the package(not even the shipping costs lol)

Theres a common scam for ebay sellers to send rocks in the mail to just show that a package was sent and that the weight is correct and the buyer can fight it but wont win.
