[WTB] US Paypal VBA - Payment by Paypal

I want to buy a US VBA for paypal that can verify instantly. I tried seller on BHW and other forum (aspkin), but they seem to not accept paypal or need paypal payment as friends/family. My problem is I have a Paypal business account (my personal verified account 6-7 years old) which can't send money as gift. I don't have access to BTC coins etc. I need the VBA asap and can pay via paypal in this scenario.

So if there is any seller that can sell me by paypal based on my BHW goodwill (subjective) then please get in touch via PM. I would avoid new bhw user just for precaution. Thanks

I can buy a shopping card of your choice for your country of double price. That way I can't dispute and you get more money to buy. If anyone likes this idea do get in touch.

I know one but he's at another forum and charges 18 bucks per VBA, accepts Paypal after all...PM me if you are interested.
