WP: Automatic Thumbnail Plugin?

Hi guys,

i have a website with around 15.000 Posts.
Do you guys know any Plugin or something else, that
automatically create an Thumb related to my Post title?

For example grab it from Amazon related to a keyword?

Hope you know what i mean,

I'm assuming that you don't have any pictures in your articles, but incase you do here's a plugin that takes the first image and uses it as feature -
