Would buying this domain a good idea?

Hello,

would you buy this domain? I know that moz spamscore isn´t that relevant. It has backlinks on over 3k websites (all in all 600k backlinks), most of them spammy comments in forums/websites, but they rated the percentage of quality backlinks with 100% lol. I would use this domain as a blog (content is related to the backlinks). Is this Score below a SEO-booster? I mean does it rank higher on google SEO because this score if I buy it and write good content? Thanks.

Regarding the topic - 600k backlinks sound like spam.
 
Just because a domain is spammed doesn't mean it's bad. Many times I saw how spam domains then climbed well into the top. I would check at least majestic TF and when there were these spam links, if it was more than 2 years ago, then I would buy it.
 
What is the age of this domain and how much is it offered for?
 
No one mentioned web archive? Kinda basic.
So yeah check out the web archive and see that it wasnt used for a spammy pbn or some chinese random site
