Working Facebook Group Auto Poster? Auto Facebook Marketer 3.16?

Hello BHW, my eyes are hurting from the hours of research spent trying to find a program that will auto post to my groups. Does anyone have experience with auto fb marketer 3.16? And please, any and all suggestions are highly appreciated!

or you can made your own using ubot or zenno
