Hey. (this might be a noob question)

I got a tumblr page that is doing really well, receiving over 100+ subscribers per day.

So I wanted to create a website that is similar to thosepieritwins(dot)com - basically a lifestyle [health, fitness, music, fashion etc] magazine site. And I did the mistake of going through WordPressCom as you cannot change the layout (costs extra), and ended up buying a domain name with them too. So I looked into WordPressOrg and now I found out that I need a Web Hosting site.

Did some research and came up with these:

    • Hobohost - $22 for 2 years - can use WordPress (Cheapest offer)
    • 3ixOrg - $34 for 2 years - don't know about WordPress
    • Hostragon - $24 for a year

I was going to go with Hobohost, but I wanted to ask if someone has a better deal with their webhosting services? Plus, I am looking to monetize from my site too as I do not know how to do it with Tumblr.

    Thanks :)

I use Hostgator, zero problems and top notch support. You can monetize all you want and make as many sites as you want (depending on which plan you choose). I can give you a coupon that'll save you $9.94 off your your first month.
    Code:
    Thub15Discount
Plus they have 45 day money back guarantee.
    Cheers!

Hostgator recently has many issues if you check forums

so I would not suggest them .

I would suggest you look for other reliable host out there

    That's strange.

Quite rarely do I see a post that praises hostgators hosting or is it that you want him/her to signup as your affiliate ?
