WordPress Speed Report Template

(I hope this is the right section, and my question is not against BHW rules)

After having my Fiverr account for over four months, I finally got my first gig. My job is to optimize a site's speed, I know how to do the technical part of this, but I have no idea how to present a report. So, my question is to all Blackhaters digital marketers and talented individuals, can you please help with a good template please? I have no idea what to do about this.

Thanks for replying, I doubt they can help. What I actually need is a template for the report, that is how do I report to my client the works I've done? I hoped someone would have a template I can use.

What I like to do is run a crawl before and after using Screaming Frog and run a Lighthouse report connecting my SF license to the Google PageSpeed Insights API key and compare results.

I also like to generate pie graphs to show % of the pages that are in green in comparison to the first crawl.

But that´s me!
