    Hey guys,

    I am trying to adjust where the text is on my websites homepage, but for some reason like all of the text goes to the right half of the screen and leaves the left half completely blank. Any ideas on how I can fix this? (I'm running WordPress 3.9.2). Thanks!

    Here is my site:
    Code:
    www.hoseainitiative.org
    To the mods: Sorry if I posted this thread in the wrong section, I could not figure out which one to post it under. :/

    Its the theme.

    The div containing the title needs to have a cleafix after it to push the content down under it if you want to show it that way.

    sooo where exactly would I put that in this php?

    Code:
     <!-- THE PROMISE -->			<?php
    			$query_promise = new WP_Query( 'pagename=the-promise' );
    			if ( $query_promise->have_posts() ) {
    				while ( $query_promise->have_posts() ) {
    					$query_promise->the_post(); ?>

    			<div id="home-section-thepromise" class="clearfix">
    			<a name="the-promise" id="the-promise"></a>

    			<div class="featured clearfix">
    				<?php if ( has_post_thumbnail() ) { the_post_thumbnail('full'); } ?>
    			</div>

    			<div class="wrap">
    				<div class="sixcol first clearfix">
    					<h2 class="home-section-title"><?php the_title(); ?></h2>
    				</div>

    				<div class="sixcol clearfix">
    					<?php the_content(); ?>
    				</div>

    			</div>

    				<?php }
    			} else {
    				// no posts found
    			}

    			?>

    Try this:

    Code:
    <div class="wrap">
    	<div class="twelvecol clearfix">
    		<h2 class="home-section-title" style="text-align: center;"><?php the_title(); ?></h2>
    		<?php the_content(); ?>
    	</div>

    </div>
