Wordpress Sitemap Not Updating

Normally it automatically refreshes sitemap after new post/page...
BTW the new post and page I submitted did indexed after manual indexing request.

As other's already suggested, the WP.com sitemap can be cached. IMHO move to a self-hosted (free) version and you have full control of your sitemap.
 
It seems like your WordPress.com sitemap isn’t updating, could be because of a theme conflict, caching issue, or just a delay in processing.

It may be due to caching issue
 
Try to generated it manually from AI (Chat GPT and deepseek etc) and upload every it time but sometime it was not updating automatically because some plugin conflicting your website so try to disables all plugins then try, other wise you need to index it manually
 
It may cause due to the cache issue, please clear the cache after or try any other browser
