WordPress Redirection Issues

I recently made some changes to all the SEO page titles, meta descriptions, and URLs on one of my client´s sites.

Unfortunately, there´s an error with one of the posts where it keeps redirecting me to its homepage.

The site is using Yoast and I have double-checked the Yoast redirection tab and it´s supposed to be redirected to the new URL.

Even if I try to open the post through PREVIEW it still redirects me to the homepage.

Thoughts?

Did you try to purge the cache? There maybe some issue with new URL in cache...

Cache issue or same permalink for two pages cause this issue. Purge cache or try modify the url sentence to make it work.

mmm, I am using WP Rocket and, if I recall, I cleared the cache several times during this process. But I will do it again or, am I missing something?

There aren´t any pages with the same permalink. Already checked.

Do you have a security pluygin installed on the site?

Sometimes, security plugins tend to do homepage redirects for links with issue to avoid link scanning.
