wordpress plugin for sharing video on all social media sites

Can some one guide me on wordpress, i just made site for my youtube channel, like abc.wordpress.com now i am planning to post my videos here and with one click share to all social media sites the problem is which plugin i should use, i saw here some one said there is this word press plugin which can help you do exactly that can some one guide me please cheers
