I want to make a site that will be used in wordpress ping list.
Wordpress blogs to be able to ping me so i would know they been updated?
Anyone knows how to start it ? Tutorials.. etc.. maybe some demos.

From my understanding of your short explanation you need to read up on XML-RPC Ping Services.
