I'm looking for some advice on finding a hosting service that's specialized for WordPress only, like Bluehost but cheaper. Can anyone help me?

wordpress hosting is a gimmick, just a marketing term. Every Hosting provider supports wordpress hosting.
and if they have litespeed enterprise the speed would be better than specialized wordpress hosting providers.

Yes, cheap wordpress hosting is a gimmick at farms with cpanel/directadmin .. expensive real managed wordpress hosting is not a gimmick though.

i've used siteground, their renewals are very expensive though. The yearly plans are cheap, and provide everything you need
