Wordpress Design / Re-Design

I'm looking to hire someone to customize a wordpress theme for my site. I don't care how you do it, just dont copy anything exactly and get me in any legal problems.

The site displays quotes-And has some custom fields-I'm looking for something minimal and easy for me to edit in the future. But my current base is clunky and has some browser issues.

This could take someone about 30 minutes to an hour-I will do graphic work and colors-I just need a good base.
