My whatsapp "converted" today to dark mode. Did I press something or it was automatic? How can I go back to normal version?

Click the three dots on upper left on "Chats" screen
Choose "Settings"
Select "Chats"
Select "Theme" under display and set to light or dark

I never personally like dark modes on of the apps because it puts such stress on the eyes. I like my apps best when I can at least concentrate without getting a headache. Still I will check it out to see if this one is different.
