Hello guys,
How are you all? I am looking for a solution to a problem.
On October 20, 2020, I opened Facebook Business Manager. And after submitting all kinds of documents for my business as per Facebook's requirements, my Business Manager account was successfully verified after a few days. After that, I started running campaigns for a few days. After about 2 to 3 months of successfully running ads, suddenly my ad account was restricted by Facebook. After that, I appealed to Facebook support as per their rules as usual. After a long 4 to 5 years, I got my Business Manager account back. Now my question is, if I resubmit the same documents that I submitted for my business after opening Business Manager for the first time, will Facebook accept it? Moreover, I have almost changed the previous domain for my business.

Please give me the best answer.

I think you can reuse it, because above all, you're doing the right thing and telling the whole truth instead of lying. Just communicate openly and honestly with Facebook support.

If your Business Manager is back after 4–5 years, I wouldn’t just resubmit the old documents blindly.
If the documents are still valid (same business name, registration, tax info), they might accept them. But since you changed your domain, you should update everything first — business details, website, verification info — to make sure it all matches.
Make sure:
• Business name matches legal docs
• Domain is verified in Business Settings
• Info is consistent everywhere
If there are major changes (new structure, new ownership, new domain), it’s better to submit updated documents instead of old ones.
Better to be 100% consistent this time to avoid another restriction.

If your Business Manager is restored, that’s already a good sign. You can resubmit documents, but make sure they match your current business details (especially the new domain). If anything changed, update it first before sending.
Don’t just reuse old info blindly — keep everything consistent with your current setup to avoid another review issue.

Facebook is meticulous with records. I would say register an LLC and get an EIN if applicable.

From my understanding, if the business details haven’t changed (same legal name, same registration, same address), then submitting the same official documents should be fine.

What matters is that everything matches exactly with what’s inside the Business Manager now.

If the domain changed, I’d make sure:

  • The new domain is added and verified properly
  • The website clearly shows the same business name and details
  • The domain isn’t previously flagged

As long as the legal entity is the same and everything is consistent, it should be acceptable. If anything changed legally, then updated documents are safer.
