will it make good or bad impact on site ?

what if i have less than 5% i.e 3% keyword density for Main keyword
approximately 3% for Related keywords and 3% for not related keywords
which are in the meta keywords...will it make good or bad impact on site ?

Don't worry too much about exact percentages of keyword densities, just write good articles that have your keywords in it in different combos.
