why my website rising and falling in the google first page?

My web site is "gltv777" .
it is not finished seo optimized but it's ranked 1st page on google somehow.
I try to do the twitter and other blog's for the back link but I lack skill at seo.
other site using some blackhat but I don't how to do that.
what is the best option for my web site?
and is it possible to going to the top rank in google?
please give me some advise.

First piece of advice is remove your site details.

If it's as easy to get to page 1, then you're going to get people running the site through Ahrefs, finding your keywords, backlinks etc and competing against you.

The fact you say you don't know about seo, would suggest these are easy keywords, possiblt with low search numbers.

ranking takes times, is always possible to reach first page. Just write quality articles for humans (not for webspiders) and make the users spend more time on your site

I also noticed that not only with my website but also others i think its google new update i think they are switching all website for sometime

It is easy to reach first position but stay in that place means you should follow the white hat techniques, get some good quality backlinks, real users, get the trust of google
