Why Lossing My Google's Ranking?

I am currently working on two different of same niche. [url and niche removed].I was on google first page for above keyword.But now i am losing my ranking continuously.I am also working on linkbuilding but the problem is that google does not indexing my links.what is the problem with this?please help me.
