Why is my CPA so high?

Hello BHW family! :)

Just yesterday I activated a campaign on facebook ads, the metrics are great!

But my CPA is too high! :(

My commission is R$100 and my CPA is R$96!

I would like to know what might be causing this to happen and how to resolve it!

What you mean by Commision and my CPA high??
are you talking about spend and profite?
 
You need to add more details. Commission on affiliate sale or income from AD monetization (meaning you are doing Arbitage?)
 
There are many things you could have a look at - creatives, targeting, campaign goals KPIs, etc.
There isn't just one simple solution to lower your CPA, it's a combination of many factors.
 
Something obviously isn't set right, check your audience targeting, probably the reason lies there as you are targeting people that belong to a "heavy" audience and that's why you are spending too much on their click. Also, make sure to check placements and budget settings.
 
If you mean CPA cost on your ads, it's most likely to be because of bad targeting, if you targeting is generic it will target many people that are not you targeted audience and that makes the cpa expensive.
