Interesting, do you use any cool off days? Also how many days would you recommend "warming up" accounts before hitting these limits.

When we create a new account, we need to perform some actions that will warm up our account. We need to at least warm-up account for 2-3 weeks.
what should be done during warming up?
Follow - 40-50/Daily
Dm - 7-10/Daily
Comments - 5-10/Daily
Likes (in hashtags and feed) - 50-70/Daily

Watch Reels
Feed scroll-in explores
And do any possible actions that humans do on accounts
It is always recommended to spend as much time warming up so that these boost the account trust score.

Possibly a "new account" syndrome. I've had this on some new accounts while others from the same day didn't. That aside, it might be worth checking if you have a VPN or bad IP quality on your connection or something. If you were on Incognito mode, that happens sometimes as well. That said, if it's not a personal account, you could also look for account sellers.

It's most definitely the phone number or the IP. I did suspect this at first, since instagram pretty much said it to my face some time ago, but wanted to hear what other ideas the community will come up with, because phone and IP are kind of a pain to fix

You got to see through the patterns that play a part in this spam detection scheme on Instagram.
Try literally everything. Start with your browser. Add things to your stack and see what happens.
Make sure your browser instance is super clean and you are seen as the "averagest" joe in the world. You don't want to be seen as someone faking anything.
Warm up your account and keep posting something COOL for their platform for a week or more, depending on what patterns you detect.
I heard IG and FB are very strict about new accounts. That's not the case in some other social media.
But if you're stressed, as your nickname suggests, maybe you want to take this venture less seriously.
Take this as a little scientific experiment. Once you have your scientific research done, you'll be able to scale.
Don't trust anyone on the internet. Always do your own experiments.
And always take it slowly, like an expert would do.
These platforms won't disappear (unless money goes obsolete which is unlikely).

You got those question simply because they are the bot. They just programmed to be aware of "human but bot like". If you have done any activity that makes you look like a bot to them, and you get asked.
