I have the same question. Where do the emails come from if they did not add it to their bio?

Back in the day, Instagram allowed for easier access to email addresses in the contact info section, even for regular accounts that weren’t necessarily influencers or businesses. Through certain scraping techniques, I was able to pull these emails directly from the contact information provided on profiles, even if the accounts weren’t set up as business or creator profiles.

Instagram has since tightened up access to this information, but at the time, it allowed for collecting a large number of emails across different types of accounts. Hope this clears things up

Ok, so now this is not possible anymore?
 
Um pretty sure you can jump on a certain SMM panel known around here and send out a million dms with push and I've read they also scrape emails too from gram. But insta messaging is pretty lucrative im told, or Atleast used to be. If someone has experience with this I'd love to pick their brain on fine details.

One way maybe to get emails not normally available would just be to grab insta username and search it like OSINT databases or whatever.
