why doesn't Junk traffic show up under CPA company stats?

I'm IFRAMING an email submit CPA offer - and incentivizing to get conversions, but DoubleMetaRefresh so the CPA company won't see where the traffic comes from.

My goal is $15-$20/day to stay per account to under the radar, and I've been doing this.. but the problem is when I send Junk Traffic there to lower the conversion rate it doesn't show up? I'm trying to make it look as natural as possible, any ideas or suggestions?

Either the stats are on a delay or your junk traffic is coming from a country they do not like, such as China.

I am using trafficholder "only quality countries" so not sure why, it should show up when I send them to the DMR page..

First of all why are you dmr-ing your bulk traffic? All that traffic is doing is calling the cpa server to serve the cpa banner on your site. They only see that as impressions of the banner (that's is you got it set up the way I think yo do). They won't see the referrer of your bulk, they only see the referrer of the traffic that clicks through the banner.

I DMR'd my bulk traffic so it shows up as "clicks" not impressions, so I send them straight to the page at least that's how I thought it worked? I'm doing an iframe so no banners are there as well..
