Im using php scripts from code canyon they are very good. You can buy a script there and keep developing it.

Thesis theme I know a little bit outdated, comes in my mind...endless debate since 2010 about seo and Thesis.
But I have in mind the Thesis theme seo is way better than WP - why?
Look at the header php in Thesis theme then look in header php of WP, there you have the answer.
A code in header php like WP where my content begins at line 80 , what do you think which theme google will prefer, the Thesis code where the header/hero information, meta descriptions , then the content comes. Or the WP theme where the content begins at line 80?
Also calling above the fold, today more important than ever.
Not like the WP frontend graphic design above the fold- no, in the backend code!
In WP there is title, header, meta description that is welcome and ok.
Then coming many refer links ,menu, sidebar and so on, then very later below maybe line 80
there is the body the content structure comes in, but it's not a very well content structured code.
So google crawls not the whole thing, it crawls title, keywords, meta description , then the navigation menu, sidebars........and your body where is your content?
But I do not know how doing this with WP tweak the header php so that it looks like Thesis or example site: bestreviews(.) com.......
Like you have multiple article sections on your home page this content should be in you backend source code too.
The code it is the header , functions, or page php(?) where you find this code structure on Thesis.
Is there a plugin who can do this or scripts on codecanyon? I be not good at coding and not want learn coding skills this is too complicted for my brain.

This example the google spider will crawl first the header (at best place here your hero header with sign up button) , then navigation, menu, second menu...
then sidebar first, sidebar second.....
way down below comes the id section "content, main, or body".
This is my understanding of Thesis theme, it has this content section above the fold.
Make the section content above of sidebar and menu, direct after the header will be better for the google spider to crawl and fast index your site and I be sure your seo rankings will get benefits too.

yes I like wordpress too but....all thing sin life have two sides.
Since gutenberg exist, more gutenberg plugins, page builder plugins all this becoming a technical frickle mess up (for me).
You have Elementor but it not works well with gutenberg blocks so you can only use one of them, Elementor pro is better but not cheap and page builders loading bloating render blocking scripts.
So use only gutenberg simple premade design blocks and be creative with your design building.
"Wordpress is best for seo coming out of the box , blablablba" this I can call busllshit.
To make good on page seo on wp you need extra plugins like aio or yoast , so you can not call this "best seo core out of the box cms".
Look on squarespace maybe the page loads little bit slower but has superior seo build in core for each of your page and blog post, so I must ask the wp programmers team here:
You are not capable to create build in seo core like squarespace and you call yourself th ebest programmer team? Really?
Then in squarespace all is in one secure environment , in wp yes you have more control but more to work, more of stolen life time like this: every 2 weeks there are themes or plugin updates booooaaaaahhhhhh ......I have better things to do like looking every second week for wp updates.
WP itself new wp version every second month or so.......
I have thge wp update plugin set it on automatic but the plugin does not do the work they promised to me, I must do all updates for plugins and themes myself so I delete it.
The digital industry gets better goes forward and should make our life more easy not things like in cpanel must setup myself ssl and must reissue it every 3 months and many more of this sometimes technical frickling.
Then often I try setup 8-12 themes to find the right one, install and delete, install and delete it again...
then this will happen baaaam!: your dashboard is broken, admin login not works or something like that , your wp mysql database is messed up so it's very hard to select each of these entries and delete them in mysqly, so the final end is you must delete your wordpress one click installation and create a new one.
Also this mess up I can not call the best cms in the world, this often happened to me in the past. Using a wp database optimizer plugin will not help you here to clean up these entries of your mysql database.
Looking further...
They way squarespace does this is the right way, make it easy for the customers I only must set few DNS records here to route my domain and my email hosting mx and txt records and that's all.
Many webhosters calling their product "managed wordpress" but all these things I must do myself too. Is this not the task the webhoster should do? Why I pay for that "managed" they should make all the updates for me as example , install the ssl and make the renewal for me right?
But millions people are (it is so sad) brainwashed and buy managed wordpress but after the setup there is not much managed by the webhoster.....managed wordpress......they abuse this word in dystopian way to setting more restrictions/limits for you.
Yes I like wordpress but it could be much more easier for the customers and please Auttomatic wordpress programmer team: you are not capable to program a build in seo core like squarespace has for each page and blog post? really? Then you are not a top notch programmer team.
Have an easy to use dashboard like EasyWP or Dreamhost has, that is easy and that is enough you need, this is the right modern way, not a complicated bloated panel who take good of 30% of your shared hosting ressources.
Why all these things must be so complicated today?
And final note wp is not the best secure cms in the world with all this mess up, plugins are outdated and not work anymore and much more then will make break your design, your blocks or content and in the end you spend a few hours every month to take a look over your wp backend to make all these things running smooth.

Big con side of squarespace and all the site builders who are easy to use is they use stripe and paypal, but I be afraid using these as payment processors to get premium retainer clients , when a client pay an 5 figure sum of 1 year retainer upfront, I be sure they will blocking my account as "suspicious" the same question here: Site builders and Squarespace are not capable to use wise or payoneer as payment processor?

Not for long. They are actively fighting all plugins that allow webmasters to insert any arbitrary HTML/CSS/JS and PHP code into posts and pages. This is a rather new rule and there are still many plugins in their repository that allow to do it, but whey are working hard to remove them or to castrate their functionality.
There is the official reply from WordPress.org on my attempt to submit an ad inserter plugin, which allows HTML/CSS/JS ads in WordPress posts and pages:

The flexibility to use plugins to achieve almost any task is the best feature of wordpress. Also, a lot of great themes.

Its easy and if I need a new function or something someone already have the idea did it and sell it has a plugin so rather than speding days of hard work I just buy a plugin

Because it’s easy to setup a website with Wordpress. Lot’s of plugins to do all kind of stuff. Lots of themes to design your site the way you want. Easy to publish blog posts.
