I'm experiencing this issue on my website. What could be the reason for this? I haven't touched the site for a year, and we haven't made any updates. It just dropped like this on its own. What could be the problem?

Hmm that looks like it might align with the March 2025 core update. If you hadn't made any updates for over a year, your content was probably deemed stale and not 'helpful' any more.

Might be due to a Google core update or lost link juice over time. Recheck indexing and your backlink profile health.

Even if you're site hasn't changed,algorithm shifts, technical issues or link decay can cause sudden drops. Best to audit and check GSC for clues.
