Why aren't my videos gaining views on Instagram?

I bought accounts from different sellers, tried to register my own, tried different VPNs, came across 2 accounts that gain views and that's it, all other accounts either gain very little or not at all, you need to upload a lot of video ads

I work through the MEmu emulator, the Adguard vpn, I had the idea that I got a successful vpn server for two accounts and the accounts did not get a shadow ban, and the rest are caught, but I tried after a bunch of other addresses, all without success

I've seen a lot of guys here who write that they have a bunch of Instagram accounts and everything is working well, please help me figure it out.

Do you happen to know where you can buy reliable accounts? which seller, to be sure that it's not about the accounts?
