I was interested in their basic hosting plan but what about SSL certificate? I can't find any info about it how much does it cost?

Since they state that there is free SSL certificate for Basic plan, I think it's better if you ask them via their live chat to make sure. Usually they will give you free SSL like letsencrypt.

SSL certificate in Alexhost is free, you didn't even read their descriptions.
https://alexhost.com/shared-hosting/ (if you scroll down you can see that every single plan have it for FREE)

Our Shared Hosting (Yearly hosting) have a FREE SSL Certificate included.
Keep in mind Shared Hosting is not offshore, if you are looking for Offshore Shared Hosting you should go with LiteSpeed Hosting.

The only plans that is Offshore is LiteSpeed Web Hosting (Shared), VPS and Dedicated Servers.
