Yeah I used to buy weed on there all the time but it's legal in my country now and the markets were all getting shutdown one by one so I stopped using it. I also got some shrooms for free as a sample once that was cool.

Not paypal generator but you might be able to find legit sellers of hacked paypals and stolen cards (as i said - it's a way for many people to make money, but illegal)

Use nordvpn. Isp won't know a shit and even if they do, Tor is not illegal. Also Isp can't know what you are doing, just that you are connected to tor network. Illegal are some actions you can do with tor, but not tor by it self.

I'd just like to point out that Tor and the bridges inside tor will not protect you from being caught. I'd highly recommend using the deep web through tails and not connecting it to your Home internet connection when buying things, it really doesn't matter if it's an Ebook or guides or whatever.... They will find you and they will get you... (If they really wanted too). Tor + VPN is nowhere near enough to cover your rear. If you are just wanting to check it out, don't waste your money buying a "VPN" And for the people worrying if they will get Into trouble for using it, your answer is no.
When buying things on dark web it's highly advisable to use tails operating system without a "VPN" as it fucks with exit notes....Unless your a vendor making money I highly doubt they'd come for the average Joe.
I've purchased a few ebooks from the market places (years ago) and you'll most likely receive it through MEGA with a decryption key sent VIA PGP once purchased.
Also It is absolutely shocking the actual amount of drugs you will find and can buy on the deep web. Most websites are just a scam. There currently is 1 website I know of what is legit and that's EMPIRE MARKET, just like any other market place you can get stolen info, drugs. Also not to mention how easy it is to find fentanyl......You will also be able to buy discounted goods like Netflix accounts and so on.
Recently videos have been shown on YouTube of "mystery boxes from the deep web"..... what a load of shit that is. I've never in the 5 years of actively being on the deep web have I ever found mystery boxes up for sale.
The deeper you go the darker things get, you cannot achieve this by scrolling down "The hidden wiki" webpage you'll, need to find a "Deep web search engine" then type whatever shit your into.
Other then that, it's nothing special.

PIA is ok, but it's based in US. Nordvpn is on Panama Island and their servers were once confiscated by Turkish government, no useful information was found. All that means nothing really because providers can change their TOS whenever they want, but i would more trust Vpn that is based outside 14 eyes countries.

Yes, my wrong. Express vpn is also good, here is for nordvpn.

Yeah I realize this is sort of like asking your dealer where he got his stash from. I saw an introduction thread a few minutes before I posted suggesting they were scared to come to BHW https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/was-scared-of-this-forum-lol.1100041/ and it made me think of the dark web and the reasons I have not ever tried to visit it. I realize now that its sort of a dumb question to have asked but it's interesting to see the comments. Seems like most people go there to buy drugs lol
