I know I guy who doing this on many Facebook groups by auto commenting on their Facebook group . How can do this?

I dont think that is a good idea, depending on the niche of the groups you might focus that. Also many people are member from other groups and if they detected repeated content on multiple groups they might report you. So watchout.

They have automated it. In 2015 this thing was famous like auto commenting and all that now a days you have to make a script your self or better use auto liker/auto follower sites.
