Which will give more speed Cloud Hosting or VPS?

My site traffic has increased and I now want to move from shared hosting to ...?
I don't now to which I should move, Cloud Hosting or VPS, I am using WordPress and I just want Wordpress.
I want that Hosting which could Handle High Traffic easily and give more speed to the website. Which would be best and providers also, please?

A VPS is more than enough for a WordPress site. My favorites are Vultr and DigitalOcean, but if you have no clue what the command line is, then a service like CloudWays could work for you.
 
My advice is VPS
They must choose a server in the country where your traffic is from, so that your site opens quickly.
 
VPS is much cheaper than a Cloud Server. The difference is, Cloudserver often have dedicated Cores and/or your RAM is always reserved. So basically you have a "dedicated virtual server".


For a webseite with WordPress, just go with a cheap VPS
 
Use VPS. If you have a limit budget, start with Digital Ocean.
 
what do you think would be faster......a wordpress site hosted on Siteground or Vultr?

Im on Siteground at the moment but looking to move soon because of renewal prices....
 
Better to go with VPS, it is a comparatively low cost, and also it gives you the complete freedom to manage your server as you like.
 
VPS would be my recommendation as well. Resources will be dedicated and therefore will be more reliable.
 
8 out of 10 times Cloud hosting is slower than a VPS running on high quality hardware.

Just facts :)
