If it is possible not to interrupt the names with underscores, then of course the first option is better. Or in the "username" column you can write your long name, and in the "login" you can use the first letters of each word.
A. Same principle as www.usedcars.com being infinitely more authoritative than www.used-cars.com. There's a hierarchy that everyone understands when they look at it.
Of course with the first option The shorter the username - the better. Also, try to avoid using symbols and numbers in the username.
While I agree with choosing option A, just know that Instagram makes all usernames lowercase. BlackHatWorld, blacKhaTworlD, and BLACKhatWORLD will all be displayed as blackhatworld on Instagram.
