B is not good for more than one reason: it doesn't look good, it's longer and on some platforms, it's not even clear whether there's an underscore or an empty space between the words.

While I agree with choosing option A, just know that Instagram makes all usernames lowercase. BlackHatWorld, blacKhaTworlD, and BLACKhatWORLD will all be displayed as blackhatworld on Instagram.
