Besides from Ahrefs, I only use Pro rank tracker, but the updating is delayed. IDK if it works better if you're paid.
Unless you want a nice graph for position history, I use a chrome plugin called Nightwatch. It lets me know exactly where my site is at a particular keyword, right at the instant.

If you want a proper tool then go for SERPBook, using this for a long time, it is a subscription based product.
If you want a free but decent rank tracker then SERPLab would be another option.
