If it has to be one of those, tropical. Though IMO they're all pretty rubbish, it's just different colors on the same base.
General thought: It looks like you're trying to setup a consultant site. To be frank, I wouldn't trust anyone giving advice on how to make money online when they use blogger. You got to at least use WordPress so I know you have some sort of knowledge about websites. Blogger? Yeah, I used that for my first online venture, but I was like 14 years old and at that point was in no position to be giving advice.
For those trying to view the broken images, you can right click and open in new tab. Though OP not being able to post images properly seems to re-inforce my theory that he shouldn't be giving advice about doing things online. Also wonder why your images were posted 17 hours ago, has it seriously taken you 17 hours of asking around online to figure out which colors to use? You should have made up your mind by now.

The first definitely a nono, blue is hard to read and it just looks cheap overall.

I can't judge by seeing the above images. Both are same but the background image is different. That's the only difference, I think.
