From my experience awareness on Instagram is essential this days. Just fins some platform, for example i use https://fuelgram.com/fuelgroups/ and right engagement group is all you need. People helps each others in this (most effective) way.

For me I find YouTube has worked best over the years.
You can grab the same keyword used in Google and YouTube and optimise the title around that.
Also embedding the video on my blog and certain Facebook groups helped.
It's great for local SEO marketing I find.
Being able to build a nice list of subscribers on YouTube to market to also helps.

The effectiveness of social media is related to the kind of content you post and the way you post it. If you are posting articles or writing about a specific niche without paying much attention to the photographic aspect, then facebook is the answer. However if you plan to make stories and you have good pictures along with some quality content then Instagram is you way to go. Recently the video posting has become more popular on tik tok so if your content is related to that then use tik tok to generate traffic.
