why bot spotify? genuine question, it to increase views on your own music? or are you curating music and making a profit off the views or somthing?
 
You should be careful. Don't go for free or cheap providers. I would go further by saying that datacenter proxies are no good as well. As they come from easy-to-detect networks, you're risking of getting spotted by spotify. Of course, all of this leaves you with residential proxies, which are expensive. However, I would say that they are very much worth it.
 
From what I've heard, 4G mobile proxies should work in this case

Can you stream with just datacenter vps ip with thousands of on a single vps ip ? or you need thousand datacenter ip too =? without getting banned

You can you use any amount of ip but keep in mind that they can blacklist a IP if you use it too much, best would be to spread them out
