Which one is better to start with Instagram or Pinterest?

I've seen so, many success stories and journeys on BHW related to Instagram and Pinterest and I want to get my hands on one of these social media platforms asap.
So, tell me which one is better Instagram or Pinterest?
Instagram or Pinterest with Followlikers which one is better?

go for both - no sense in restricting yourself to one
 
It varies from niche to niche and person to person.
So spend a extra time and go for both and see what converts better for you.

So, followlikers works great for both Instagram and Pinterest or I should go with PinBot for Pinterest and Followliker for Instagram
 
Yeah go for both. It's pretty late to the game anyway, IG will soon be 100% commercial like FB and your reach will be dysmal.
 
Instagram is a lot easier than Pinterest in my opinion. With Pinterest, you are adding boards, and creating various niches, etc. whereas with Instagram you can focus on one topic and become the expert in it.
 
I'm interested in this as well. Going to start using Pinterest but I feel retarded using it. But I guess you won't learn if you don't just dive in.
 
why not go for both as a few people already suggested as they are both image oriented if you prepare content for one of them it's quite easy to simply post it on both.

Yeah it might be a pain to built profiles and boards but after that it's not hard since you can PIN links. Problem with IG is you can not do much with links can you ?

Well I guess best way to find out is test both and stick with what works for you.
 
Depends on how you want to monetize. If you plan to use CPA and/or shoutouts then Instagram

If you plan to go the e-commerce route I'd suggest Pinterest
 
Yeah, I agree with everyone, go for both! Plus Facebook is getting overcrowded with advertising but Instagram is just starting on this so strike while the iron is hot. Pinterest might not contribute a lot to overall growth but its worth having one.
 
go with both of them and then continue with the one that is giving you best results. I have seen people finding more success on the Pinterest than Instagram and vice versa. So, it entirely depends upon your own understanding and efforts. In case of a poor approach one can end up in a failure on either of them
 
I'd say, first go with Pinterest, then with Instagram.
 
Go with both of them and scale whatever method you're gonna try. Multiple accounts will do.
Also the best practice is to test which one works better for you. More the conversions, more the money. So you need to concentrate on the one which is converting better. After that, its just a matter of time and you will be making some good $$
