Looking to try some hosts that allow email marketing on their servers.

Anyone know?

Most do. Just send them an email (As long as your intent is legal)
You can even use services like MailChimp if you already have a website being hosted (Again needs to be legal lol)

Hi,

yes it is definitely legit, no scraped mails or anything but there will be some complaints(No way to avoid this) since I would be doing some decent volume.

In that vicinity, mailchimp is the leading marketing agency but you can try campaigns+ as well as they are also hosting it online on their servers.
