I love the BHW community, especially the BST section, so I don't want to 'break anyone's ricebowl' here, but I've found that a lot of people on Fiverr buy SB lists every month from a number of places and resell them. I find that this practice tends to spam the lists out pretty quickly, so you might want to check into making your own lists, because even when people limit sales to 30-40 people, those people could be reselling them to dozens more people on Fiverr.

Whatever service you get - whatever links you buy it might be worth considering these three aspects.
Never post to "free" open link packets that you find just lying around on forums
Make sure the service updates the link packets regularly - failure rates rocket after a month or two
Be very selective. Remember "x" number of people are getting the exact same targets as you. Stand out by adding decent comments and maybe filtering for your general niche or for decent PR.
Some of the above services are excellent and provide real value in time savings. Use with judicious care - but that applies to all links - and some of these services will provide excellent value.

This is one of the best methods to get AA Lists with a little bit work. I am still use this method and my list get bigger and bigger
