YES this is why I suggest people go with monthly services such as WolfNetwork where there is continual reinvestment.
i am not sure i should name the seller - afraid of my survived posts from there to be deleted due that
but i advise to specify this moment before selling, but overall i think it is common for all sellers here, or may be i am wrong?
If any seller threatens your site if you are unhappy with their service, you need to inform a Moderator on here.
This is what happened this year when a long standing seller threatened Neg SEO to a client, resulting in the seller being banned.
We don't want nor need that type of idiot selling on here.

BST PBN sellers not renewing their domains is a pretty big issue. It's the reason I only buy from @reallife and @BlackBDO for long-term projects.
Edit: to any BST PBN sellers reading this, please consider reaching out to those who have posts on deindexed/non-renewed domains. For domains that are up for renewal, I'd personally be willing to pay $2/3 per link to keep the domain renewed another year (this is assuming it's an OBL 10/20 blog). We all win in that scenario.

thats why all these services suck and are basically fake PBNs.
the only real PBN is your own, period!
all these services are just link farms and can never be a real PBN, because a real PBN is PRIVATE thats the whole point of it!
Its only there for you, nobody else. when buying from these services you share links and content with many people in different niches and you have no control over it.
all you do is pay for a link on overpriced FFA sites lol

I think that is standard practice from a lot of sellers. They jumped on the PBN bandwagon and made their money.
Having said that, it should be no surprise. If you don't build your own PBN then you can only expect those bought links to only last a year-18 months.

If at no point does he put that disclaimer, you are entitled to a part refund atleast.

In answer to OP's question. Yes, your own PBN is the way to go, however, most sellers I have contacted have always replaced dead links, so worth pushing a little harder than a single email.

I would ask for a full refund then if there is no disclaimer and no link(s) to your site. You paid for links, you didn't buy links that would only last a year.
You've paid good money and now your ranks have been harmed. Partial refund wouldn't even cover it now.

Depending on their response you should post their BST on here so other members can stay clear from them, and their ambiguous ("implied") terms.

And that's if you use crappy articles. Professional writers are likely going to be about $600 per article which will include writing, revisions, and conversations with the site manager to learn about the area.
If I were building a 125 site basket for someone it would probably start at $30,000.
