A lot of networks are full of bots instead of real peope, so you have to test everything out. I have a friend who's been buying traffic on Kadam for almost a year now, and he has no complaints.

I’d say RichAds or PropellerAds are commonly used they give volume, but results depend a lot on GEO and funnel setup.

From what I've tested, Propeller ads and adsterra still give the most consistent results for gambling traffic. AdMaven/ Popcash can work too but ROI realyy depends on Geo+ funnel setup.
