I tested RichAds and I gotta say it helped redirect traffic to the site that I am promoting, I cant promise that youll like it the way I did but its worth a try man.

Pop & push formats tend to convert decent if you pick the right GEOs. I used AdMaven on some casino offers — got solid fill and decently stable payouts.
Also try networks like PropellerAds or HilltopAds if you want a backup.

Hey, did you have any issues with kadam? Kinda weird, as I've been using their service for about 6 mo, and I'm happy with it. Maybe there were some temporary issues... Try again.

I know a few decent options, and Kadam is one of them. I'm surprised that you didn't find it effective.
