I'd also allow the community to network easier with other members. Maybe a chat log of some sort.

+1 for reorganizing the BST. I've had a couple times where I see a thread, it get buried and I have trouble finding it again. I don't want to post just to subscribe. Organizing by type of service would be a great improvement. Providers would apply for a specific part of the BST.

+1 for the stricter rules in the joint venture section, other than that it's a excellent forum the way it is.

Require reactivation for accounts that haven't logged in in at least 6 months, lock threads after 1 month without posts, require introduction thread before posting allowed in any other board.

I would most certainly extort members for methods/exploits or just cold hard cash.

I would do weekly giveaways

1) Ability to change user/nick names.
2) More attention for mobile marketing forum. iTunes, Google play, Applications SEO, Marketing and methods.

On top of my head: BST/JV stricter for sure, since there have been multiple cases of very low quality tools and/or shitty support. New users shouldn't be allowed to post more than N times / day during their trial period (like in an exclusive club, basically) this would hopefully reduce the number of bumps to old threads, "thank you this is awesome" posts and in general cut the low q of a lot of posts I keep seeing. Anybody posting aff links should be banned without warnings: if you don't even take the time to read the rules what's the point of joining a community? I don't see any logic in the "don't blame the poster for what's uploaded". The download section should have the rule that YOU need to test PERSONALLY and vouch for it before plastering the forum with rehashed shit from other forums/sites to whore your way thru a couple points of reputation. If you fuck up, a 3-strike warning/ban mechanism should be enforced on you according to the severity of the mistake. This problem seems to be persistent, reputation whether we like it or not is basically the most important parameter to evaluate any JV (imo more important than the itrader score in general) official or not and a sure way to let scammers and new ones thrive on the forum. Maybe there should be a rewarding system for posting good methods and valid contributions MORE layered than the few levels (noob/regular member/+) simply based on the number of posts basically and the simple reputation system. That can be abused in so many ways and as soon as you become buddy buddy with someone influential your points get artificially inflated without reflecting the real value / trust of the user. There are ppl with thousands of points of rep that are totally worthless: some involved in very well planned -and successfully exectuted- scams. Seen this time and time again for years. A section with reportedly working methods, vouched by reputable members / senators would def add a lot of value to the whole forum from the perspective of a new member, maybe fostering a better sense of "community" and loyalty. In addition it should be acted upon anyone rehashing methods as old as the world with ulterior motives that are suspected to go way beyond helping others (aka rep whoring). A stricter modding should be considered in those cases. Also let me say I totally appreciate the great work of the mods, but well you asked I'd have a few ideas for Jr VIP, as well but I won't discuss them in the public session.

I raised some points regarding the forum in a thread which got banished by a mod with his 'not this shit again' post and later got deleted.

keep eye on every sign up's so previous banned/scammers should not join BHW again.

Write a thread dating back to the roots of this forum. How it all began. It would make an epic story.

Nah just a joke. Would also be awesome if we had a better chat system than IRC. It burns the eyes!

If I were chosen as an administrator, I would like to be in charge of investigating the IP address that new users register under to make sure they are not previous scammers of BlackHatWorld trying to re-scam more of us. I would also like to sift of some of the more useless posts that some of them make. Such as " Good share, Thanks, and PM'd you".

I'd like to see some sort of member list and ranking

so for example

it would have member name - member join date - rep - and some sort of like ITrader system where people who have JV'd for someone can give them positive or negative feedback ------ so everyone before they consider doing business with someone in a JV or before they believe everything they read from someone - can get a quick feedback as to whether its a self promotion or genuine quality information

as the number one thing bad - seems to be deals via PM - and dealing outside of BST ----- so if someone chooses to deal with someone with 10 posts and no feedback then they can't just start a shitlist saying they were scammed.

I will go back to some great threads and great method who have something like 1500 posts and 600-700 of them is thanks for this... I will add the thanks for the original post for the user and then delete the post and make the thread easy to read and easy to find the information you are looking for

BST Clearup - Charging a monthly fee, this will push away the non-serious sellers and bring in the dedicated ones.

Wholesale/Dropshipping forum - Allow on members who have been here for a while and are to be "Trusted". Approve threads only after the OP has shown proof that he has items and any other proof that will help - This would avoid a lot of scams.

Here goes:

1) Incorporate a live chat system in within BHW. The iRC is great but many people still don't know about it. Having a live chat system will allow more people to find out about it as it is embedded into the actual forum. More people can get to know each other, and also a great way to share stuff and meet new friends.


2) Filter or organise the BST. The BST is becoming a more and more popular, growing section and that is a great thing. However, with so many be services being released, it might be better to categorise each one into sub sections. This makes it easy and convenient for members to browse the BST.


3) Apply Mods in different sections. Instead of having too many moderators moderating a particular section it might be better to apply more mods to certain sections which naturally and generally need more moderating. For example, the JV section. I know that this will be quite tiresome for the moderated, but in the long run, it can benefit hugely.


4) Don't turn BHW into a paid subscription site. While the money made is huge, it jut won't help and it won't look good. BHW is a great, FREE place where members can sign up, share stuff and just enjoy their stay. Keep it that way.


5) More stickies. From what I can see, stickies are now all forgotten. Whenever there is a good method shared, I think the moderators should be able to sticky it so that others can benefit from it too.


6) I disagree with everyone saying BST reviews should be faster. Quite recently there are lots of new service threads. Simply making the process of reviewing faster will mean that lots more threads are approved, and as a result, sellers won't be able to benefit hugely. It's better to keeping how it is, which means that there are several options available for buyers and at the same time, sellers can make money.


7) Further make the rules clear as some people here don't know what certain rules are so they end up breaking them unintentionally.
