Will continue the current pace and system. In my opinion the forum is currently administrated/moderated keeping perfect balance.
Wishlist: More efficient fee payment system for BST section. Review and approval should be faster too as most of the sellers try hard to keep everything in schedule.

I would suggest to start charging a monthly fee from all the BST sellers here. A fixed monthly fees. This will benefit in two ways:-
- It will weed out low quality sale threads and maintain the quality services as everyone have no problem paying $$ if they are doing decent volumes due to the quality they provide to their customers.
- The generated funds could be used for betterment of this community

First of all that is a tough job, you are already doing good, so no need another admin.
There are few suggestions/expectations from my end.
1. Increase staff members to lower the work load of moderators. For ex: All JV section threads are now moderated, staffs are getting more extra pressure from spammers as well. (I am also ready to volunteer
)
2. Open a private section for Donors as well.
3.Increase the speed of approval in BST section like with in a week or two. Cause i waited nearly two months last time, this time too waiting.

I would like to see a "Hall of Fame" board for some of the all time greatest threads......theres some incredible stuff buried in the archive.
If they're online, some kind of private chat box or real-time communication system? Not an IRC chat system, but a little widget or separate page.
Just to make faster communication than PMing possible.
Not the whole facebook chat system or anything like that, but perhaps something like cryptocat. Secure and private like PMs, yet easy to initiate fast communication.
Sorry I'm not entirely sure how one would go about doing that... kind of wishful thinking. My coding skills are sub-par to say the least. Could come up with a better proposal if given time.

1 - delete all the accounts with 0 posts - most contribute
nothing apart from maybe scams or pm spam later when the
account become used .
2 - have individual mods for specific areas of bhw rather than just
a group of mods that cover everything .
3 - i dont no if this has changed or not but pms from new members
50 posts - ive been getting them from new members with 10 posts recently
might cut down on pm spam maybe ?
4 - maybe a live chat group with microphone usage ?

I would give my self free jr VIP
but for real, i would restrict posting new thread unless you have 50-100 posts ir 1-2 weeks on BHW. I hate all stupif new threads from newbies, if they would hang around and get used to BHW and that would solve some new problems for them and everybody else

I think it need live chat system.
Live poker client room.
And people can post new methods how to earn just from 10 posts, because there are maaany spamers..
The list of scammers (blocked IP's list), so people can ctrl + f buyer's, seller's IP and check he scammed or not. Thanks for reading it, I will add more, now I am playing poker, so I can't think Cheers.

- Lock the current downloads section, open up a new one with better organization. Already suggested this awhile ago and many people said there would be problems organizing the content already there but I'm sure some people wouldnt mind doing it. Temp mod status to move from that forum to the other. Right now most of it is WSOs and other things. Categorizing it into "WSO", "Apps", "Templates", "Audio", "Graphics", "Video" would be great.
- Look into an auto-contrasting light theme. Dark is nice, but at times it hurts to look at
- If IRC is something that is wanted to be more popular, use a webbased IRC client.
- Organize the BST/Services section better. If you want to find PR offerings it can be a hassle, same with finding a coder, stealth accounts etc... Like, make one section for "SEO" services, one for "SEO Programs", another for "Coding services", another for "Design services" etc etc.
